Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 August 2026
This policy explains how DotHexa collects and uses personal information when you visit dothexa.com, contact us, or submit an enquiry through this website.
Who is responsible for your information
DotHexa is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. For a privacy question, a request about your information, or a complaint, contact us at Support@dothexa.com.
Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide, including:
- Your name, business or company name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
- The service you are interested in, your preferred platform, and the project details you send us.
- Your confirmation that DotHexa may contact you about your enquiry.
When you arrive through a marketing link, the form may also collect campaign information such as UTM parameters, Google Click ID, and the landing page. This helps us understand which marketing activity led to an enquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, and prepare a proposal or quotation where requested.
- Contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about the enquiry you submitted.
- Maintain our business records, improve our website and marketing, and protect the website from spam, fraud, and misuse.
- Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Contact forms and email delivery
Website enquiries are processed by DotHexa’s PHP form handler on our hosting server and sent to our DotHexa email inbox. We do not use a third-party form-submission service for these forms. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, identity-document, or confidential information through a website contact form.
Cookies, local storage, and spam protection
Our enquiry forms use a necessary session cookie named dothexa_form to show and validate the arithmetic CAPTCHA. It is used to prevent automated spam and is not used to identify you for advertising.
We may store campaign attribution details in your browser’s local storage under dothexa_attribution. These values are included only if you submit a form. You can remove this information by clearing your browser’s site data.
Your browser, device, network, and hosting provider may also create technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested, to operate and secure the website.
When we share information
We share information only when needed to run our website and business, including with our web-hosting, email, technical-support, and professional-service providers. These parties may access information only as needed to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, security, or property of DotHexa, our users, or others.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in India or in another country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and the service being provided.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage a potential or active business relationship, keep required records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We generally review lead information after 24 months from our last meaningful interaction and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required or justified by law or an ongoing business relationship.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, correct inaccurate information, provide access to it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose that depends on your consent. You may withdraw consent for future contact at any time. To make a request, email Support@dothexa.com and include enough information for us to identify your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
Contact and grievance
For privacy questions, requests, or grievances, email Support@dothexa.com. We will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
